The decision for parents in choosing baby food is something that is  very important for the healthy growth and development of infants.

Infant-feeding begins with the food but has particularly soft and thin enough nutrients. Baby food should contain adequate calories and vitamins. Baby food also must be clean and easy to digest because the baby's digestive system is still weak.

Unwarranted baby food hygiene can cause negative effects for the baby, such as diarrhea. It has a texture and the number of age-appropriate infants. Besides milk, infant formula foods are also rumored attacked by Enterobacter sakazaki.

Giving baby food starting with soft foods and then gradually increased to foods that are more coarse-textured in accordance with the development of age and growth of the baby teeth.

The texture of baby food will train on the development and abilities of infants to digest food from tasting, chewing, swallowing and break down food in the stomach.

Rice flour porridge is one of complementary foods (solids) which is consumed. At first wash the rice (white or red), then drain until dry, then roasted until cooked then mash until smooth the flour (use a blender or similar device) and save the place closed.
