Resolve or detect eye pain in infants

At the time I came to the doctor advised a special child in order to check the condition of the baby's eyes by massaging baby's eyes wore a cotton bud fed baby oil first, the way he pulled his eyebrows slightly reduced from the base of the nose side outwards. This is done if the discharge is not thick yellowish eyes, but if it is thick yellowish you should consult a doctor special child because it was an infection. Incident to my child, dirt marks his eyes already infected and therefore be given antibiotic eye drops. The results are quite recovered.

What do you think? is there any suggestion to solve or detect an eye on the baby. If any suggestions or comments please write in the comment section below this post. Thanks for the suggestions and comments. hopefully the other readers, can understand well about the handling of eye pain in infants.
