Rented house as a residence

  Since the single and up to get married I use the rented house as a residence.Because to have a house in like jakarta very expensive.To have a home usually by way of credit guaranteed by a Bank.And to get a bank guarantee must meet the requirements.Among them the amount of salary every month should be 3 times the number of bank installment.Also must have a regular income.For factory workers like me have already become permanent employees.In addition to monthly installments, at the time must provide a home mortgage down payment (DP).The amount of down payment is usually 10% of the sales price of the house.
  For payments made with a monthly rental home.There also are paid once a year.I often pay once a month.This I think is easier and easier.If any problems do not have to wait long.Problems that occur are usually about the difficulty of water for daily life.If the rental house every month it will be easier to move house rental.During the single and married I have frequently moved house rental.Because it is often considered a problem in rental housing prices and about the satisfaction.
