Getting a job in management level

 After approximately 2 weeks unemployed.There is information on local labor for the job in a foreign company.The company was named Doowon Precision Indonesia, PT.There need an experienced workforce for the quality control.It takes a minimum of 2 years experience in same position.Minimum diploma 3 uneducated.Since I entered in the criteria then I try to go applying for the job.
 During the kind of selection process of employees there is no problem.From start to test and interview all the processes can be passed.Salaries and benefits in asking the question in the interview process.Also about previous jobs and skills involved in asking.
  All employees of the selection process goes smoothly.And I can be received in the company.The company is included just in Indonesia.At the time I entered this company the total number of new employees 18 people.In relation to head of production has not been there so I was not in place as an employee of Quality Control.But I was in place as Head of Production.

  From then I worked back and get back to my work that has been lost.The position that I shake when it is a strategic position for a career.I control, plan and monitor the production process.I control the employee a total of 3 shifts.Each shift is controlled by a Shift Leader.In the months since my employees under increasing and reached about 500 people.More and more responsibility that I hold.Along with greater responsibilities then I also began to improve finances.
